Very cool. good catch. Appear to be mimic'd right down to the basket supports.
TOA also has had the only modern production slot loaded PA speakers that I have seen available.
There were a few sets of these:

Prices weren't quite good enough to buy on a whim, and no decent excuse to buy came up otherwise.
Would seem load-in/load-out proof, save for the protrusion of the horn.
I'd have liked to have heard them.

Cool find! For the price, they would be worth a look and listen. Too bad I'm no longer over on that corner.
